Build a thriving business without abandoning your body.
A 5-part series for spiritually connected women who want a thriving business and a thriving nervous system, October 19th-23rd, 2026 at 12PM CST.
What if building your business didn't require you to become more "masculine," more disciplined, more available, more productive, more polished or more disconnected from yourself? What if you didn't have to sacrifice your pleasure, your family, your body, your intuition or your actual life in order to create financial freedom? What if the way you've been taught to build a “serious” business is actually the very thing keeping you from creating the business you were born to create?
Because somewhere along the way, many of us learned that success looks like pushing harder. Work longer. Be consistent at all costs. Separate your emotions from your decisions. Put pleasure on the bottom of the list until the work is done. Be professional, strategic, and palatable...and definitely don't let anyone see the wild, intuitive, sensual, spiritual parts of you that don't fit neatly into the traditional definition of a successful woman!  I know this conditioning intimately. I also know what it feels like to build something different.
I have built a $1M+ business while raising a family with young children, and continuing to expand our family.
I've built through health challenges, multiple cross-country and international moves, motherhood, divorce, massive life transitions and seasons where my capacity was anything but unlimited. And along the way, I learned something that completely changed the way I approach business:
Your nervous system is part of your business strategy.
Your body is part of your business strategy.Your pleasure is part of your business strategy. Your intuition is part of your business strategy. And the things you were taught were too weird, too feminine, too spiritual, too sexual, too unconventional or simply “not professional enough” might actually be the very things that make your work uniquely yours.
I've created income through my voice. Through storytelling, sexuality, pleasure, embodiment, spirituality, and pure unhinged expression. Through pretty much all the parts of myself I was once taught to hide.  Not because I abandoned strategy, but because I stopped abandoning myself in order to execute it.
Business started "clicking" once I stopped trying to build a business that looked successful from the outside and started building one that was actually compatible with the woman living inside it. That's what The Pleasure-Led Business Method is about.
This isn't about throwing strategy out the window and waiting for the universe to Venmo you six figures, but about learning how to build, create, sell and lead from a place of embodiment rather than self-abandonment and understanding your nervous system and your female body so you can build the capacity to hold more visibility, responsibility, money, creativity and growth without constantly running yourself into the ground.
It's about learning to distinguish intuition from anxiety and creating enough spaciousness to actually hear your own ideas. It's about letting pleasure become part of your creative process instead of something you earn after you've finished everything on your to-do list.
And it's about marketing in a way that feels like expression rather than performance.
Â
This is for the woman who...Â
Has a business, an idea, a calling or a body of work she knows she's here to bring into the world and is tired of feeling like business requires her to constantly override herself, and:
- Wants financial freedom without building a life she needs to escape from.
- Wants to make money doing work that actually feels meaningful.
- Wants to trust herself more.
- Wants to understand her body instead of constantly fighting it.
- Wants to create without living in perpetual urgency.
- Wants to be visible without performing a version of herself that feels fake.
- Wants to work with her intuition without confusing every impulse with intuition.
-
Wants to make space for motherhood, relationships, pleasure, travel, creativity and an actual life alongside her ambition.
And perhaps most importantly...
She knows there is a version of her business that feels more alive than the one she's currently trying to force into existence.
RADIATE IS FOR YOU IF…
• You know you’re meant to be sharing more than you currently are.
• You find yourself overthinking, procrastinating, or avoiding visibility despite deeply wanting to grow.
• You struggle with consistency because showing up feels emotionally exhausting.
• You have gifts, wisdom, experiences, or a message that you’re ready to bring into the world more fully.
• You suspect your resistance to visibility runs deeper than simply “not knowing what to post.”
• You want to grow your audience and impact without abandoning yourself in the process.
• You’re tired of performing and ready to express from a place of truth.
• You’re ready to be seen not just for your polished brilliance, but for your humanity, depth, and authenticity.
OVER 5 DAYS, WE'RE GOING THERE.
Â
Day 1: Locking In On The Vision
Before you can build a business that supports your life, you have to get brutally honest about the life you're actually trying to create.
We'll define your WHY and reconnect with the deeper vision underneath the goals, numbers and strategies.
You'll begin shifting from building according to someone else's definition of success to operating from your own frequency, values and vision.
Because a business can be profitable and still be completely wrong for you.
We're not building someone else's dream.
We're getting clear on yours.
Day 2: Building Capacity In Your Female Nervous System
You are not a productivity machine.
You're a woman with a body, hormones, cycles, emotions, instincts and a nervous system that responds to the world around you.
We'll explore your female nervous system, your cycle, your hormones and the role they play in how you move through work, creativity, relationships and life.
We'll talk about creating an oxytocin-rich life and building the capacity to hold more without relying on chronic stress to get you there.
You'll work with practices including movement, breath, voice-note journaling, self-pleasure, free-writing and shadow work to create greater nervous-system awareness, expansion and integration.
Because capacity isn't about squeezing more into your day.
It's about becoming someone who can hold more without abandoning herself.
Day 3: Your Witchy Gifts
There are parts of your intelligence that never came from a business book.Your intuition, body, dreams, energetic sensitivity, and ability to sense what isn't being said. Your connection to something bigger than yourself.
We'll decode your soul blueprint and explore how to distinguish intuition from fear, trauma and conditioning. We'll explore working with guides, ancestors, your higher self and the unseen support systems you may already feel connected to, and we'll go into the deeper wounds that have taught women to distrust these gifts in the first place: the witch wound and sisterhood wound.Â
The fear of being too visible, too powerful, too strange, too much. Because sometimes the thing standing between you and the business you want isn't a missing strategy. It's the part of you that still believes she isn't allowed to fully be herself.
Day 4:Â Creating From Pleasure and Play
What if pleasure wasn't the reward waiting for you after you've finished your work? What if pleasure was part of how you create the work? We'll explore spaciousness in your schedule and your mind, pleasure as lifeblood rather than reward, and how to create a consistent daily flow that actually works with your life.
We'll get practical about identifying your ONE big thing and learning how to move your business forward without filling every available inch of your calendar. Because more hours doesn't necessarily create more impact. Sometimes what your business needs most is space for you to hear yourself.
Day 5: Marketing From Your P*ssy
Let's talk about the part of business so many women secretly hate: Marketing. The performing. The posting. The “personal brand” version of yourself. The pressure to constantly create content that gets attention. Ughhhhh, I know.
We're doing it differently. You'll learn how to approach marketing through intuitive, heart-centered storytelling and authentic expression. We'll explore energetic congruence, aliveness, desire and the power of sharing your work from a place that actually feels like you.
Because the goal isn't to manipulate someone into buying, but to become so deeply connected to what you have to say, teach, create and offer that sharing it becomes an extension of your work.
Then, marketing becomes expression, and your body gets to be in the room.
Â
đź’» BONUS: COURSE CREATION 101
Have an idea for a course but no idea where to begin? In this bonus workshop, I'll walk you through the foundations of turning what you know into a digital course people can actually move through and get results from.
We'll take the knowledge that's living inside your head and begin turning it into an actual offer.
NOT TOÂ BUILD A BUSINESS THAT LOOKS GOOD ON INSTAGRAM,
But to build a business that feels good to live inside. A business that can grow alongside your family, move with you when life changes, and evolve as you evolve.
Â
I personally don't believe the goal is to become the most productive woman in the room, but to become the most deeply embodied woman in your own life and build from there. The Pleasure-Led Business Method is for the woman who is ready to stop asking:
“How do I make myself fit into the business model that works?”
And start asking:
“What kind of business would actually allow ME to thrive?”
You get to build differently, and you get to build something that is wildly, unapologetically yours.
