For Women Ready To Feel Lighter
There’s a kind of rage many women carry toward men that almost never gets spoken about honestly.
For some, it feels intense, close to the surface, easy to access, sometimes overwhelming.
For others, it doesn’t look like rage at all. It shows up as resentment that lingers, disappointment that never quite leaves, a quiet tension in the body, a subtle closing of the heart, a sense that something in you stays guarded even when you want to open. Different expressions, same undercurrent.
It doesn’t feel safe to say it out loud, it gets filtered, justified, minimized, or pushed down, and over time it doesn’t go away, it settles into the body, it leaks into relationships, it shapes how you trust, how you open, how you respond.
A lot of women think they’ve moved on, but underneath there’s still something there, whether it comes out as full rage or barely noticeable distance, it’s still shaping your experience.
And when that goes unaddressed, it doesn’t just affect how you relate to men. It affects how you relate to your own inner masculine, the part of you that leads your life, makes decisions, follows through, and creates structure.
So instead of clean, grounded action, there can be hesitation, avoidance, burnout, or a push and pull dynamic with your own direction that feels hard to name but very real to live.
This workshop is a space to finally face that honestly. Not to explode, not to blame, not to stay stuck in it..bur to begin moving what’s been held in your body, whether it shows up as full rage or quiet resentment, so it stops quietly shaping your relationships, your work, and your sense of self from behind the scenes.

Inside The Workshop
We begin by bringing this into the open in a real, grounded way. Rage toward men is more common than most women admit, and it can come from many places. Personal experiences, family dynamics, repeated relational patterns, cultural messaging, or things you may not have fully named yet.
For some women, it feels intense and close to the surface. For others, it shows up in quieter ways that are easier to overlook but just as impactful over time.
You’ll start to recognize how this has been living in you. It might look like reactivity, emotional shutdown, resentment that doesn’t resolve, attraction to dynamics that don’t feel good, or a constant sense of having to protect yourself.
We’ll also look at how this affects your inner masculine. When there’s unresolved anger toward men, it often creates friction with your own ability to lead your life. You might resist structure, struggle with consistency, feel scattered in your direction, or swing between overcontrol and avoidance.
From there, I guide you through a process that allows you to access and begin releasing anger in a way that is intentional and contained. This is not about losing control or acting it out on others. It’s about finally giving your body a way to process what has been held in.
You’ll also be given a framework to understand what you’re feeling, so you’re not just discharging energy, but actually integrating what’s underneath it.
THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF…
•You feel full, intense rage toward men and don’t know where to put it without it spilling into your life
• You wouldn’t call it rage, but you notice resentment, disappointment, or mistrust that never fully goes away
• You feel guarded, closed, or on edge with men even when you want to soften and connect
• You find yourself reacting, shutting down, or pulling away in ways you don’t fully understand
• You keep repeating patterns with men that leave you frustrated, disconnected, or unsatisfied
• You sense that unresolved anger is affecting not only your relationships, but your ability to move forward with clarity and direction
• You’re ready to face what’s underneath instead of managing the surface
THIS WORKSHOP IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
•You want a space to blame or attack men without any self-reflection
• You’re not open to looking at your own patterns, reactions, or internal experience
• You just want to vent without intention or responsibility for what you’re carrying
• You’re not willing to feel discomfort or be present with what comes up
• You’re looking for a purely intellectual conversation without any real experience or embodiment
• You are currently in an unsafe situation that requires immediate external support rather than this kind of process
About Your Workshop Guide
Luci Lampe is a feminine embodiment teacher, writer, and guide devoted to helping women and men reclaim the parts of themselves that were silenced, shamed, or fragmented by conditioning.
Her work lives at the intersection of shadow integration, erotic sovereignty, relational polarity, and nervous system safety. Rather than teaching sexuality as performance or repression, Luci guides her clients into mature, embodied power rooted in self-trust and wholeness.
Through her programs, workshops, and teachings, she explores the complexity of the dark feminine, the healing of sexual shame, and the integration of power and devotion in intimate relationships. Her approach is both psychologically grounded and spiritually expansive, inviting depth without bypassing responsibility.
